About Me

My Story

 

I know what it feels like to look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, while quietly feeling overwhelmed on the inside. My journey has been built through reinvention. I left a toxic marriage, raised four children as a single parent, and rebuilt my life through resilience, determination, and belief in what was still possible. I returned to education later in life starting without formal qualifications and went on to graduate with a First Class Honours degree in Social Work. From there, I built a successful leadership career, progressing into senior safeguarding and quality assurance within fostering services. On paper, it looked secure, successful, and established. But deep down, I knew I had outgrown it. I had reached another turning point.

 

Why I Do This Work

 

I was carrying responsibility, leading others, and doing work that mattered but I also knew I was being called toward something more aligned with who I truly was. Today, I’ve chosen to leave the safety of senior leadership to follow the work that feels most meaningful: helping women rebuild confidence, reclaim their identity, and reinvent their next chapter. I also understand the complexity of real life navigating family responsibilities, caring for my elderly mum, and building a business while protecting peace, purpose, and what matters most.

 

Who I Help

 

I know reinvention is not always glamorous. Sometimes it begins in burnout. Sometimes it begins in heartbreak. Sometimes it begins with the quiet realisation that the life you’re living no longer feels like yours. I work with high-achieving women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves women questioning who they are, what they want next, and whether they are allowed to choose something different. Through my coaching and The Future Self Method, I help women reconnect with who they are, rebuild confidence, and move forward with clarity, courage, and self-trust. Because reinvention is possible. You are not starting again, you are rebuilding, with wisdom. And anything is possible when you decide your next chapter belongs to you.
